1. Check whether the mechanical performance is good and whether the workbench and bending machine table are level; And prepare various spindle tool blocks.

2. Install the core shaft, forming shaft, blocking iron shaft or variable blocking frame according to the diameter of the processed steel bar and the requirements of the bending machine. The core shaft diameter should be 2.5 times the diameter of the steel bar.

3. Check the core shaft, stop block, and ensure there are no damages or cracks. The protective cover should be securely fastened and confirmed to be normal after empty machine operation before operation.

4. During operation, insert one end of the steel bar that needs to be bent into the fixed gap, and the other end is tightly fixed against the machine body and pressed tightly by hand. Check that the machine body is fixed and ensure that it is installed on the side that blocks the steel bar before starting.

5. During the operation, it is strictly prohibited to replace the spindle, change the angle, and adjust the speed, and it is also prohibited to add oil or remove oil.

6. When bending steel bars, it is strictly prohibited to process steel bars that exceed the diameter, number of pieces, and mechanical speed specified by the machinery.

7. When bending high hardness or low alloy steel bars, the maximum diameter limit should be changed according to the regulations on the mechanical nameplate, and the corresponding mandrel should be replaced.

8. It is strictly prohibited to stand within the operating radius of bending steel bars and on the side of the machine body that is not fixed. The bent semi-finished products should be neatly stacked, and the hooks should not be facing upwards.

9. When reversing, it must be done after stopping steadily.

10. Complete the operation, clean the site, maintain the machinery, and cut off the power lock box.
